ཞབས་དྲུང་གསུང་སྤྲུལ་དང་པ་ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་མཆོག་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཐུང་སྟེ་འབད་རུང་ཁོ་གི་གསུང་ཁོ་རའི་རྩ་བའི་བླམ་ཆོས་རྗེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྣམ་ཐར་དང་ཁོ་རའི་གསན་ཡིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ག་ནི་ལས་སྙན་འཇེབས་དང་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན་ཚུ་མཇལ་སར་ཡོདཔ་མ་ཚད་སྐུ་འཁྲུངས་པའི་གཟིམ་ཁང་ཡང་ལྷའི་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་བཟུམ་གྱི་བྱིན་ཅན་ཨིནམ་ལས་རྗེས་འཇུག་པ་ཚུ་བླ་མ་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པའི་དད་རྟེན་ལུ་སྦེ་དར་དཀར་རྗོང་ཁག་ནང་གི་གནས་རྟེན་ཉམས་སྲུང་ཞུ་དགོ་པའི་གྲངས་སུ་ཐོ་བཀོད་ཞུཝ་ཨིན་ནོ།
History
The first speech incarnation of Zhabdrung was born to Yeshi Tenzin and Kuenga Gyelmo in Nindukha in 1708. Before his birth, it is said that his mother heard the six syllable prayer while circumambulating the stupa, later the stupa is also named as Mani Tsawa. At the age of six, he could speak about his past life as Zhabdrung and was enthroned by as the true incarnate of Zhabdrung; in Wangdue Phodrang – the seat of 8thDruk Desi Druk Rabgye. While he was learning basic Dzongkha alphabet from Ngawang Jamtsho, he refused to pronounce the letter nga- the 4th alphabet of Tibetan-Dzongkha. When questioned about his reluctance to utter Nga, he would reply “I am Ngawang Namgyel”, and “Sonam Pelgi Bukhri and Tenpai Nima are my parents”.Zhabdrung entered Nirvana at the age of 29 on the 21st day of the 4th month in the Bhutanese calendar.
Though he lived a short life, his contributions like the biography of his root master and list of teaching he received from his master could be seen at present – which he wrote himself. Moreover, the house in which he was born stands marvelously even at present.
